1860, a collection with 9d. perf.12 used (9507), 1/- perf.12 used (28322 and 39802), 1/2d. mint (2006), 1/6d. perf.12 used (15187, large figures) and mint (20585), 2/3d. perf.9 mint (1418 and 1420) and 2/9d. perf.9 mint (619); also 1856 Electric Telegraph form which has the 1856 revised prices glued on the reverse. In September 1860 the South Eastern Railway, then the third largest telegraph network in Britain, began to issue "Electric Telegraph Franks". These were printed by Charles Whiting, Beaufort House, Strand, London. Some of the values are very scarce and it is thought that only 30 examples of the 2/9d. value were produced
