Speaker: 1913 (9 July) envelope to the Board of Trade bearing a fine strike of the 38mm "speaker/house of commons/crown/official paid" handstamp in black with the Official Paid c.d.s. alongside. The envelope with House of Commons embossed seal on the flap. Fine and a very rare, thought to be the only example of this special paid handstamp. Photo
