Vote Office, House of Commons: 1891-1905, a group of three wrappers with 1891 (19 May) blue wrapper headed "Par. Pro." to Lloyd's bearing a superb strike of large oval "vote office" in violet and Official Paid c.d.s.; two later wrappers headed "post paid" and "parliamentary proceedings" both with the oval handstamp of the Speaker and Official Paid c.d.s.
