1890 (12 Apr.) large envelope addressed to Lloyd George, House of Commons, bearing Jubilee 1½d. tied by Charing Cross squared circle, readdressed to Carnarvon, the cover bears a superb strike of "h.c.s.w./1½d" postage due handstamp, the reverse with Carnarvon (13.4) and Criccieth (14.4) c.d.s. Slightly reduced at left with some creasing and soiling. Rare as this is thought to be the only example recorded. Photo
