Barrie bearing dumb machine postmark, sent by a friend in Victoria, British Columbia, straight-line "examined by d.b. ...."in black and bearing a faint strike of the boxed censor handstamp in red with Isobe" seal; part of the address had been blanked out (possibly his unit by the Canadian censor) and in pencil on the reverse, "Recd 17/11/44".
