Scott, an American civilian, from camp 1 in Bunsho, to his sister in Sacaramento, bears a good strike of Fukuoka Prisoner of War Camp Censor handstamp in blue with Kitano (?) seal, U.S. censor handstamp and, on the reverse, Sakamoto seal; a couple of small age faults.
