1891 (3 Nov.) envelope from Freetown to London, bearing 1884 2d. grey (2, one bisected diagonally) tied by "B31" obliterator, showing despatch c.d.s. and "insufficiently prepaid/value of stamps..../sum to be collected..." h.s. with manuscript "2d" and "1d" inserted respectively and, on reverse, Liverpool Br. Packet c.d.s. in black (18.11); some very light discolouration around adhesives. Also 1891 faked cover bearing 6d. bisected diagonally with forged cancellation. Photo
