Winch Bros envelope registered to England, bearing 1884-91 ½d. dull green (2, one marginal), 1d. carmine and 4d. brown, each cancelled "B31", showing "4" accountancy mark in blue (error), oval-framed "R", Liverpool (16.4) and London (16.4) Registered oval d.s. and, on reverse, Sierra Leone Paid and arrival datestamps; a few light fox marks though an attractive three-colour registered franking.
