W. R. D. Bandaranaike at right, reverse Moonstone steps, one or two punch holes
(Pick 65ct, 65dp; LNZ CBC B19t, B19cp), the first uncirculated, the second ink date '17. 2. 65' and annotation in top margin, otherwise good extremely fine to about uncirculated and an extremely rare unissued colour trial proof (2)
