George III (1760-1820), Ayreshire pattern token issued by Colonel William Fullarton, silver token Halfpenny, dated 1799, by John Milton and restruck, probably by W J Taylor, georgivs. p. s. s. c. d. 1799, draped and cuirassed bust of George III left, Milton F below, characteristic cud on edge to left of signature, rev. struck en medaille, br.l.pr.e - reg.sc.pr - et.sen - cor.dvx, four crowned shields cruciform, faulty label of difference over impaled Scottish arms, plumes in angles, Garter Star in centre, edge plain, 8.11g (Davis 5, as Eighteenpence; Stainton BNJ 1983, 31D; the dies discussed by Dykes in BNJ 2002), brilliant uncirculated
