4454 Private Frank Marshall, born Barony, Glasgow, 1873; enlisted in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, June 1892; served with the Regiment in South Africa, October 1899 to June 1902, and present at Belfast, 26-27.8.1900, whilst on the staff of General Pole-Carew; discharged, 14.6.1904, after 12 years' service.
