Official cover lot of 31 covers and one piece, includes ten cover with official adhesives including a United States Internal Revenue legal size cover with a nice pair of the 3c Treasury, seven covers used with Interior Dept. stamps including a Land Office cover with 1c and 2c franking, other six covers with 3c frankings on covers of various bureaus within the Department of Interior including two Bureau of Education covers accompanied by additional unused 3c soft paper interior affixed to a smaller envelope for paid return, also thirteen penalty envelopes and cards of various departments and a couple of postal entires, eight covers in all are legal size, rest are small size, normal postal wear and a few faults are present, mostly fine-very fine; examine.
