State hunting permit extensive collection of many hundreds of mostly mint stamps to around the year 2000 or so, with not only the statewide issues, but also quite a few of their predecessors, all arranged in alphabetical order on pages filling ten counter books, highlights include CA 1, CA 2 without backing paper, FL 1, IL 1-4 and 7a, IA 1 and 8, KS A15-16, MI 2, MN A1, MO 1, plus 2-3 with tabs, NH 1 and 2-3 with tabs, ND A1a, A2-4 and 32, SC 1, 3a (3), 4a (2), 5a (2), SD 1-2 used, 2A1-5, 2A6b, 2A7b, TN 1-4 and more, most statewide issues are complete for the period or nearly so and there is some light duplication throughout, the overall condition is excellent with nearly all being unused as issues or o.g., n.h., fine-very fine; a desirable lot with substantial catalog value that is well suited for expansion.
