#263, 1975 10c Namibia - United Nations direct responsibility, designer's original artwork, approximately 5½" x 7¾" in near issued colors but with denomination "0c," matted and framed in chrome with blocks of four of the issued stamps including U.N. Offices in Geneva, endorsed and signed by the designer "Accepted Design - Namibia 1975, Henry K. Bencsath," purported to be one of two produced, very fine and attractive.
