#12, 1889 ""Timbre 15"" Surcharge on 30c Black postage due, a used bottom sheet-margin single, other three margins large and even, strong impression, neatly cancelled by a Libreville c.d.s., faint diagonal crease in the far bottom left margin (could easily be trimmed away) and a tiny translucent stain in top margin, neither of which detract from the stamp´s extremely fine and handsome appearance; probably a rarer stamp to find used than mint; signed A.
