#R1/148, First and Third Issue revenues attractive balance of collection of 81 different items on pages, begins with three First Issue card proofs, followed by just a couple of imperforates and then quite a nice run of perforated values, with several stamps cataloging $25.00 to $150.00 or more, there are ten different First Issue part perforated vertical pairs, a couple of which are quite scarce (two accompanied by PF certificates), collection concludes with just five Third Issue singles, most collected for their attractive appearance, either due to centering and, in several cases, having been uncancelled, small flaws on some, but many are fine-very fine or better; a nice basis upon which to build.
