#546, 2c Carmine coil waste, top margin plate no. 13677 block of eight, deep color, nicely centered for a coil waste stamp, o.g., never hinged except superfluous bottom left stamp hinged (and may have a tiny thin speck), fine-very fine; especially desirable to have the plate number in the traditional center of the plate, which is most unusual for the coil waste issues.
