(gum skips on top right stamp), h.r. in bottom row and ungummed portion of the selvage, light pencil notation in top right of selvage, certificate mentions a light vertical crease in the right margin, fine-very fine; overall a handsome and desirable example of this scarce plate block; catalogued as a hinged plate block, four n.h. singles and two hinged singles; 2007 PF certificate.
