#196, 7c Scarlet vermilion special printing, without gum as issued, a wonderfully choice example of this rare special printing, being quite well centered within large margins, even more impressive is this stamp´s deep luxuriant color and impression on brilliantly fresh paper, fully intact and even perforations, very fine; probably less than 100 copies exist of this value, and at least a third of these are found with faults; 1967 and 2003 PF certificates, as well as a 2006 PSE certificate (F-VF 75; SMQ $7,250.00 for 70 and $11,000.00 for 80).
