#498a, 1c Green, imperforate horizontally, block of four containing two error pairs, pos. 23-4/33-4, vivid rich color on fresh paper, o.g., very lightly hinged, fine centering as nearly all have; a very rare error with only a single pane of 100 discovered and this block has light pencil position numbers on each stamp and "SS&CCO" handstamps for Scott Stamp and Coin Co.; 1991 and 2013 PF certificates.
