#467, 5c Carmine error, double error contained in a plate no. 7942 pane of 100 (#463) lacking the left selvage, fresh with full o.g., n.h., variable centering but the two error stamps are quite well centered, trivial light flat gum bends that very slightly affect the error block, very fine; Scott catalog value for the double error block, top plate block and 88 n.h. 2c singles.
