III perforations, all tied to illustrated registered advertising 2c Postal entire (#U411c) of Mekeel's stamp magazine by "Pine Lawn/MO./Jun 25 1909" h.s. cancels, to Chicago, Ill., backstamped, very fine; Mekeel's was a contemporary Philatelic company with the private vending machine issues, both using and expertizing them at the time; a very rare usage of pairs on cover paying a legitimate registry rate.
