#294a, 1c Pan-American, Center Inverted, a fresh mint example of this always popular inverted center error, with strong color and a detailed impression, full perforations all around, o.g., h.r., fine; only 300 stamps were printed with the center inverted, some of which were used, it is believed that only about 250 mint examples and perhaps 45-50 used singles and three covers have survived, and many of the copies have faults or lack gum; 1965 PF certificate.
