#158e, 3c Green, with "J" grill, an attractive and fresh mint example of this scarce experimental grill, well centered, deep luxuriant color, grill impression only slightly punctures the paper at points which is a characteristic of genuine examples, full o.g., l.h., very fine; these grills, even on this 3c value, are decidedly rare, much more so than the National Bank Note Co. grills; 1994 and 2014 PF certificates.
