#406/578, Washington-Franklin variety collection of 30 items including nine blocks of four, nearly all are of the 1917-19 Regular issue and subsequent offset issues, some are listed as 1c Green double impression and 2c Rose horiz. pair imperforate vertically (#498d, 499b; both with PF certificates), also a 1c Gray green horiz. pair imperforate between (#525c) and numerous examples including blocks of double impressions of the various offset values, non-listed items include some rather striking perforation varieties, o.g., some are never hinged, condition varies but most are fine-very fine; an ideal lot for the Washington-Franklin specialist; accompanied by six PF and one APS certificates.
