Mint and used collection in Scott Hingeless National album containing over 1,600 stamps to 1974, starts with a nice representation of 19th century, mostly used, including a foreign usage of #9X1 on piece, 1847 5c (2), 10c, nice range of the 1851 imperforates with 1c Blue Ty. II from plate 3, better Civil War period issues including a 5c Buff and two 3c Rose with "D" grills (#85), 30c and 90c 1969 Pictorials used, plus numerous Bank Note issues including high values, mint starts to appear in the 20th century but is collected mint and used through the Washington-Franklin issues with better mint throughout, 1922-25 Regular issues complete mint with $2.00 and $5.00 n.h., commemoratives largely complete from the 1920's with a n.h. White Plains souvenir sheet, Kansas-Nebraska cplt. with Nebraska n.h., largely complete from there to 1974, also includes airmails, special deliveries and postage dues, plus parcel posts complete mint, condition varies, faults are present in 19th century but many very collectable sound stamps are found throughout, some earlier unused lack gum, but most with o.g., and n.h. will be found throughout the 20th century, a large proportion are fine-very fine; a substantial collection well worth examining which will reveal some treasures.
