#73/573, C1/K18 High value mint collection of over a hundred singles and 25 blocks of four or strips in stockbook, starts with a modest number of unused early 19th century including eight 1869 Pictorials with a 24c Green and violet and 30c Ultramarine and carmine (#120-21), 1869 Pictorial plate proofs on card are cplt., attractive set of the 1893 Colombians cplt., some of the high values regummed, also complete set of 1898 Trans-Mississippi issue with two each of the $1.00 Black and $2.00 Orange brown, here too some better values regummed, the 20th century includes 1901 Pan-Americans cplt. including some plate strips of the low values, Panama-Pacific cplt. in both perfs. plus a few blocks of four, better airmails include first two issues cplt. plus blocks of four of #C1, C2, C4 and C5 and a strip of five of #C3, also 1930 Zeppelins cplt. in both mint and used, ten different early postage dues from the first design three issues all with o.g. and including two 30c and two 50c values, finally the Chinese Offices in China are complete including the two local values, condition varies mostly in regards to gum on some of the 19th century, but also includes some n.h. in singles and within blocks, all are quite attractive with the vast majority being fine-very fine; a very worthwhile collection of better issues.
