#10a, 10c Milky blue, Frame Lines, rare horizontal pair with full frame lines at bottom and left and virtually full at right, plus ample margins at top, neatly tied by "Milledville/Ga/May 2" c.d.s.to legal -size cover with "State of Georgia./Adjutant and Inspector General's Office." imprint, marked in ms. "Printed Circular" and posted to the Superior Court in Buena Vista, Geo., light vertical folds, not affecting stamps or marking, insignificant tone spots to stamps, otherwise very fine; yet very few pairs of this rare stamp exist on cover, this being a choice example with great character;
