V, single cancelled by pen strokes which just barely ties to an intricately designed and artistic Valentine cover addressed to East Ringold, OH, design continues on reverse and covers all panels, a few small edge tears typical for a cover of this size, small stains on front not noted on the certificate, fine-very fine and pretty; 2012 Weiss certificate.
