#10, 10c Blue, Frame Lines, an unusual single of this rare stamp showing all or large portions of all four frame lines which are actually dividing lines between stamps, tied to equally unusual 1863 turned cover by "Mobile/Ala/Jul 13" double-circle c.d.s. to Marion Station, Miss., cover originally used with 5c Blue vert. pair (#7) with mostly clear margins tied by well struck "Eutaw/Ala/Jun 1863 10" double circle and posted to Mobile, after two uses the back flap is now missing but otherwise in remarkably nice condition for a turned cover, very fine; the rare 10c Frame line issue is rare on any cover, but in this quality an unusual usage such as this turned cover becomes extremely rare indeed and one would be hard pressed to find another; 1976 PF certificate.
