#62X4, New Orleans, La., 5c Red brown on bluish Postmaster Provisional, two singles each with sharp clear impressions, the right stamp with large to huge margins all around, the left stamp with three large margins, just in at bottom, tied to neat cover to Sequin, Texas by full strong strike of black "New Orleans/LA /18 Oct" c.d.s., ms. "Pd 10" at right, an exceptionally fresh cover slightly reduced at left, very fine and handsome.
