"Nov. 21" date, beautiful strike of this very rare marking on 1810 entire folded letter to Burlinton, Vt., matching light strike of "Paid" h.s. that has been enhanced and ms. "8" rate and "Mail Paid" a bottom right, vitriolic letter relating to thievery of lumber, very fine and rare Vermont marking.
