#498a, 1c Green, imperforate horizontally, block of four containing two error pairs, pos. 23-4/33-4, vivid rich color on fresh paper, o.g., never hinged, some perf. separation at top between pairs, fine centering as nearly all have; a very rare error with only a single pane of 100 discovered and this block has light pencil position numbers on each stamp and a "SS&CCO" h.s. for Scott Stamp and Coin Co.; 1991 PF certificate.
