#96b, 1892 5c Green error of color, rare mint example, centered to base, o.g., h.r., small stain around a few perforations, very good; only a single sheet of 100 was issued, of these 37 were used at Buenos Aires before the error was noticed and the remaining 63 were returned to the Correo Central and were then distributed to various private persons; 1975 PF certificate.
