#15, 1867 5c Rose unwatermarked, huge margins to clear at upper right, including portions of the adjacent stamps at top and bottom, tied by "Correo National/del/Rosario" postmark to folded cover to Montevideo, "Correo del Rosario/6 Ago, 67" datestamp at upper right, cover with top and bottom flaps missing, otherwise very fine; signed Rachitoff.
