#298, 8c Pan-American, full top margin imprint and plate no. 1150 block of ten, being the top two rows from the pane, with side selvage at right and part arrow at left, particularly well centered, luxuriant colors, o.g., a few hinge reinforced perforation separations at lower left not affecting the plate block of six, eight stamps n.h., very fine and handsome.
