Dec 15 c.d.s. on yellow cover to Paris, France, red New York Paid 18 c.d.s. also tied two stamps, French transit pmk., couple small cover tears at top, some minor staining in the address area and stamps with trivial faults, overall very fine; a very scarce usage of the Fifteen Cent "F" Grill, paying the three-times rate to France; 2012 PF certificate; ex-Vogel.
