X, addressed to Harrisonburg, Va., West River, Md./FEB 7 c.d.s. alongside, stamp is wonderfully fresh with rich color, cover with some slight edge nicks, fine; the only recorded use of an 1847 Issue from West River; clear 2009 PF certificate.
