#70a, 1904 7R Black and yellow, vertically laid paper, Center Inverted, a seldom seen used example of this famous Russian rarity, being one of only two known used copies, deep rich colors, centered to bottom (as always) and a bit to left, light neat "Batum/22.11.17" c.d.s., small thin spot of little consequence, still quite fine; signed Mikulski and accompanied by his 2003 certificate; ex-Mikulski, Cunliffe (Michel #56yK; €15,000).
