#17, 12c Black, an eye-catching used single in a quality not often seen, featuring four large to extra-large margins, with a portion of the frame line from the adjacent stamp at bottom, striking prooflike color and impression on uncommonly bright paper, all wonderfully complemented by a light strike of a red grid cancel, extremely fine; a beautiful used example; 1998 PF certificate.
