Plate block collection housed in six albums, five of which are Scott Specialty albums with pages until 2004, begins with 1c and 2c Pan Americans and includes better definitives and commemoratives with some cataloging over $1,000.00 each, better items noticed were #339, 369, 573, Norse-American set, C1-6, with additional items still on auction lot cards, looks complete from the 1930´s to 1970´s and then softer from there onwards, largely fine-very fine.
