#E4, 10c Blue, the example offered here is one of the most spectacular mint singles, in terms of its overall condition, we have ever seen, possessing physical qualities that are rarely seen on this notoriously difficult stamp, including being extraordinarily well centered within remarkably wide margins, in addition it features marvelously rich color and a clean crisp impression, pristine o.g., n.h., extremely fine; a gem example of the most difficult of all special delivery issues to find in truly premium condition; 2010 PSE certificate (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $17,500.00 for 95 and $42,500.00 for 98); this is the only never hinged #E4 to grade 95J, with just one stamp grading higher.
