1812 (22 October) commission document to James Boath to serve as cornet in the 22nd Regiment of Dragoon Guards and signed "George PR" in the top corner. Manuscript amendments to the document include, "In the Name and on Behalf of His Majesty" and "By the Command of His Royal Highness the Prince Regent in the Name and on Behalf of His Majesty".
