Inverted SurchargesTwo panes, 120 stamps in all, with inverted surcharge, were discovered, having been purchased at the Livingstone Post Office. These panes differed in colour. One pane was rose-scarlet and this was photographed mint and intact in 1919. The other pane was rose-carmine and this was broken up in Livingstone
Rose-scarlet block of four, [9-20] of the setting, surcharge inverted, [19] with spaced "n y", overprint positions [30-29/20-19] and stamp positions [31-32/41-42], fresh lightly mounted mint. Very rare. B.P.A. Certificate (1980). S.G. 280, a, c. Photo
