Note: It is thought that the One Penny forme held four rows of twelve impressions. Because the fourth application of the forme had been one row too high it is thought that the fifth forme was also applied one row too high leaving the bottom row, row 20, without surcharge, creating the 6d. lake. Only twelve examples can exist
