1818-1909 collection of covers neatly mounted and arranged on pages, eighty items including 1818 entire from India via the Cape to London with Crowned "india/packet letter" oval datestamp, a range of earlier Rectangular values inland or to the U.K., one with 1d. cancelled by octagonal-framed "53" and a few with late use of the triangular obliterator, "Memoir of the Boer War" and "Masonic Hotel, Worcester" illustrated envelopes, 1897 "miniature" envelope from Lady Grey to Gansfontein bearing 1d., a few incoming items, 1907 envelope from Port Elizabeth to England bearing ½d.
