(reversed "z") intaglio mail bag seal handstamp partially over-cancelled by neat London Paid c.d.s. (17.4), Dunedin (19.1) and Kilkenny (18.4) c.d.s. all on face; the envelope and adhesive with faults though a very rare usage of a mail bag seal that was pressed in to service prior to the arrival of the Goldfield datestamp.
