BE, good to large margins all round, tied by two strikes of a red Maltese Cross cancellation, in a vermilion shade, to entire letter, addressed to Halesworth, dated 13 July 1840, cancellation, with double ring Beccles d.s. in the same colour on reverse; a small portion of the reverse of the entire has been cut out and replaced, nevertheless a fine, clean and uncreased cover.
