1894 (3 Sept.) handpainted envelope to Saltburn with the legend "Despatching Foreign Mails" illustrating various native tribesmen with spears despatching a group of western men in top hat and tails, one already in the cooking pot; with further pen and ink illustrations on the reverse; bearing pair of 1887 ½d. vermilion tied by Stoke Newington squared circle.
