1869 (12 Jan.) envelope registered to Rochester bearing 1d. plate 90 tied by Blackburn duplex plus pair of 2d. plate 12 in lower left corner tied by a double strike of the despatch duplex, written in red ink "Registered/32" and with a good strike of "registered/london" registered oval in red, Preston and Rochester backstamps. A fresh and fine cover, the 2d. stamps being from one of the scarcer plates. Photo
